Hi,
The suggestion is to "remove" symcjit.dll. That is rename it so it is not used and not replace it with a new version. This is the file that causes problems on P4 machines and it is not needed for the installation to run (apparently) anyways..

1) Copy the installation to you harddisk
2) Rename symcjit.dll to symcjit.old (do not replace it with a new file..)
3) Run setup.exe from install\win32
