I haven't seen a decent printed software manual in about 8 or 10 years.

As for the jewel case, I'd rather have the cardboard slipcase... easier to store and transport, and the thing doesn't break. Jewel cases suck (imo).

Be glad that MS is not assuming that everyone of us has a fast internet connection and doesn't even need a CD.
