Hi,

The Access reports have the ability to be imported into Excel. The procedure to do this is a built-in macro to Access. I have looked at the table and query format properties for the data. They are set to be a general format for the POIL number and date format for the date. The POIL is sometimes alpha-numeric.

The POIL number works everytime a alpha character precedes the number and if the POIL number is more than 5 numbers in size (even with no alpha character) and the date are converted to unrecognized data in Excel. However, the date format can be corrected by changing the format from general to date once inside Excel. The POIL number will not correct itself using any format I have tried.

Thanks,

~Sheldon
