Yes, you can. With a small modification. Microsoft currently recommends that you do not install anything in the Windows directories. Place the runtimes in Progam Files/Common/Visual FoxPro 8. You can call REGSRV32 to register files. You could also use ISE, that ships with VFP8, to do the installs for you.
