Crystal Guru's

I have a situation where the end user has deleted the install log, for the Crystal Reports Version 9 setup file I created. No installing an update to the application gives the error that Crystal is already installed, please uninstall, from add/remove programs.

Unfortunately the end user also deleted the directoy, in which they blew past the "removal of this file may affect registered programs"..

Any help would be much appreciated.
