Well, the view parent class code is designed to show you the code that is in the parent class, not the instance. So, I am pretty sure it is by design. But, sometimes it would be nice to see the code as you are talking about. Perhaps you should put it in as an ER. Or, perhaps you could take the shareware version of that and figure out how to do it.
