Hmm... Interesting... Basically what was going on was that I was trying to help out one of our salesmen who was having this difficulty. I think he was using either XP Home or XP Pro (I was hearing rumors that Outlook Express "broke" on XP after a recent service pack). What was really weird is that the messages would move from the "Outbox" to the "Sent Items" w/o actually sending anything! The problem only started after trying to set up more than one E-mail account.
