>I bought a custom box character TrueType font from someone to overcome the problem with distribution rights - but when those characters are output to screen preview or printer they are converted for some people to (apparently) Courier New using the standard subset. So the characters still come out as ÀÁ³ etc. for those people. Other people (beta testers) say that it works for them. I have found no pattern with regard to OS, printer driver, etc.
You can use AFONT() to determine which fonts are installed. Perhaps for those people that are having trouble with your custom font there is an installation problem.
I think there is a limit to the number of fonts that can be "maintained / accessed" by the OS at any given time.
