Ronald, in AVFP, we use a virtual directory to do everything - probably safer and easier for web apps than doing things under the web root. All the .NET and web services examples make the same sort of use of virtuals. There's actually a separate read-only virtual directory in AVFP for each web app that's created with an images subdirectory.
>Just a guess as I am not familiar with ActiveVFP yet, I use FoxWeb. What I have to do to get my inages to show up on any of my web pages is to make sure the images are stored in the web directory tree and not in the FoxWeb directory tree. On the web server there is a directory called inetpub\wwwroot. This is where your images need to be stored to be found by the web server as images are considered static objects to the server.
