Working with a team of three in a VFP project under vss.

Quite often, when one of the developers tries to "update project list" a merge dialog appear on the PJM file, showing differences in a lot of the lines (for files that have not been changed, usually forms) between the local and VSS versions .

The difference is near the end of the PJM line, some of the files have a "1252" there, and others have just "0". I think that corresponds to the Cpid field of the .pjx.

It appears to me that for some reason one of the machines is changing the code page of something. But I do not have any idea of where to look for it, or how to fix it.

It is annoying (and dangerous) to need to resolve conflicts with every "project list update"

All machines are XP pro english, VFP 8, vss 6.0c

Any ideas?
