Nope, I use OE on XP with all the latest patches. What's broke about OE is some ability to do cut and paste when you reply to some messages. It craps out on occassion there, but a fix should be available soon, or you could rollback the .DLL that's broke to a previous version. I'm not positive of the name, but I think it's mshtml.dll.
