Fernando;

The “civilized” world argues, “I should reap the benefits of rebuilding Iraq”. Those nations that comprise the coalition as well as those that opposed war in Iraq want to rebuild Iraq. I should benefit – no I should. You are all wrong – it is I who should benefit!

The vultures are flying overhead waiting for the blood to dry so reconstruction may begin. Election booths should be set up immediately before it is realized what the status of SH is. Who cares? Get on with the elections. Everyone vote – we have no candidates – yet, but vote!

I suggest that Iraq elect the “correct leaders” or the coalition will have to straighten things out again and show you how to do it right. Then we get to rebuild everything all over again.
