>and about 100 others (including you!)... I am surprised at how many people readily try to help provide solutions on the UT these days. It's great!

I discussed this with one developer once. I believe, the spirit of the true developer is how readily he (she) would provide an answer (and code samples, if needed), if he/she knows the solution to the problem.

In my opinion, the community in UT is the greatest and in 99,9% percent of cases you can always rely on the help, you can get there, if stumbled (?spell) across the complex problem. And every novice can also get lots of help here and start progressing really quickly by lurking in the threads...

Unfortunately, I had recently quite an opposite example working as a WEB developer. I was asking Joe to give me some code samples and he always replied, that he doesn't have anything ready or relevant. Of course, I then was able to find answer and necessary code in other places, but it took a lot of time to do research even for a simple stuff, like Select All/Deselect All functionality in JavaScript...

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
