First of all, I want to make it clear that the idea of the DynamicInputMask (and similar Dynamic... properties) ist to have different treatment for different rows, depending on a condition. For instance, you could have a different InputMask for negative values. The expression in this case will very likely involve the IIF() function.
I don't know why it doesn't work, but in most cases, the InputMask (without the "Dynamic") should work.
