Thanks, Morgan. This was very helpful. I've got IIS and ASP .Net. It was a big headache, partly because of the other message in this thread, partly because of my firewalls, and partly because my install of IIS did not configure to handle ASP .Net requests. I figured it all out after a couple of days, and learned a TON in the process. Isn't that the way it usually works!

Thanks for the links, too. GotDotNet has been quite helpful. In this whole process, I found another awesome site - www.w3schools.com. They have FREE step by step "classes" on setting everything up, and the best overviews I've read anywhere.

>Yeah, you are defintely going to need IIS. I haven't even really looked into if .Net framework for ASP.NET supports other web servers. It can be installed on WinXP Professional.
