Well, if you ever need to create program to hit a website and need to have it POST data to it, like you are using a Form, then you could try out HTTP Wizard SSL v2. It is an activeX control that lets you access webservers, download files, upload files, POST data and files, etc.

Its easy to use and a more robust solution when you start getting more involved in web projects.

I still like the favorites synch update for the simple refresh of the website page.
