>I am testing a new digital camera and everytime I put the USB cable to the PC and switch the camera to on, I have this "Event on device" dialog box appearing. It says to select the appropriate software to proceed. There is no choice listed. IAC, I don't even need that. The transfer mechanism for that camera when transferring to the PC requires ZoomBrowserEX. How can I resolve the issue of avoiding this dialog to appear everytime I put the camera on with the USB cable connected into the PC?

Although, what I'm about to write doesn't answer your question, you may be intereted to know ...

For my camera I never plug it into my PC. I have an external memory reader and when I want to get my photos I just eject the memory card and stick it into the reader. That way I'm not using my cameras' batteries and there is no delay while Windows detects the camera being added.
