Hi Fernando,

There have been many arguments on US tv about this. Even CNN held debates on tv between analysts, journalists on the scene, and the association for the safety of journalists discussing all possibilities.

Also, now that many see the war as almost over, the media focus is slowly starting to switch from frontline military action and analysis with the military to the tragic cost to innocent civilian lives caught in the crossfire. There were many accounts last night on CNN and MSNBC and CBS on the the many civilians injured. This is also typical of American journalism. Pretty soon almost all media coverage in the U.S. will be negative with many national and international peace groups on the media.
