I'm sure it won't shock you if I tell you that to this day in certain places in the U.S.A. there are places where white men can't go or where black man can't go. Perhaps Mr. Mandela said those words in a moment of great frustration because of the certainty of a war. I don't want to excuse him but I'm sure that those leaders see that war at a level that we don't.
