The UN decided to make a worldwide poll. The question follows:

"Please say, honestly, what is your opinion about the food shortage in the rest of the world."

The results of the UN poll became a complete disaster:

The europeans didn't understand what "shortage" meant;
The africans didn't know what "food" was;
The argentine didn't know the meaning of "please";
The north-americans asked what was the "rest of the world";
The cubans found it strange and asked further explanations about "opinion";
The brazilian congressmen are still discussing to define "honestly".

Well, at the end who's perfect... :)
