Yes, but the reboot resolved it. After rebooting your machine, look at the registry and see if anything is hanging around in the Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/RunOnce of the HKLM and/or HKCU hives. If there is, it should be safe to remove it since it is the RunOnce value.
