>Oh, so the invasion was about eradicating torture and evil in the world?

Nope. This was about U.N. Resolution 1441. But liberating the Iraqis is a great by-product.

>I wish experts like you had come to the UN and revealed this beforehand. You will be horrified to learn that others tried to tell the UN that the attack was actually needed to disarm SH of evil WMD he had secreted all over the country. SH had so many WMD he had even installed a red line around Baghdad that would fill with the most hideous chemicals and infections if any invaders made it past the bristling WMD barriers.

From the very, very quick fall of Baghdad and relatively light resistence provided by the Republican Guard, my guess is that they either:

1. Didn't get the order to use WMD
2. The WMD with the Republican Guard was destroyed.
3. They ignored Saddam's orders and went home

>In view of events to date you will be sympathetic to the many nations who were unconvinced by the "proof" about WMD and did not accept it as justification for war. If only we could have gotten you in front of the UN to reveal that the war was actually the start of a Crusade against generic evil, the world may have been more receptive. As it is, I'm sure you don't blame the UN for correctly assessing the "proof" presented to it.

And what will the unconvinced nations say if WMD are found? Will you, and them, finally acknowledge that the U.S. did the right thing, or will you continue to look for other ways to bash the U.S.?
