No need to worry.Like they already told you, you can pack it or clean it up.
Remember that a VCX is just a DBF with another name. A VCT is the Memo field for that VCX (class library file).

All you have is memo bloat. Every time you make changes, it deletes a blockand adds a new one. Memos are great, but not good at size management. Packing would fix that.
