We really are a 7am-5pm, 5 days per week shop, so if a disk failure in the RAID5 is detected, I could wait until after hours to fix it. Though I will spec out the system with hot swappable, then will negotiate downwards with my boss.

Because the system has hot-swappable fans, the tech will simply swap them one by one without having to stop the system. As the techs will only come out during business hours this is especially critical.
