In view of the hysterically absurd predictions about WMD we saw previously, I think it is better to wait and see the circumstances in which WMD are discovered.

In the meantime, we know one FACT for sure: no WMD have been deployed. Possible explanations:

1) SH had no WMD to deploy.
2) SH had no means to deploy WMD.
3) SH had no desire to deploy WMD.

none of them seem to represent a grave threat to world peace. but as I said, lets wait and see.

Oh, I suppose there is a 4th option that makes rationalisation easy:

4) SH is dead.
