I'm using an OUTLOOK com object in a VB.NET application. When I invoke the SEND method to send the mail message, OUTLOOK produces the following messages:

1. A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have store in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

followed by

2. A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?

Are there any settings within OUTLOOK that disable OUTLOOK from this prompt?
