The simple answer is to run your select again... but I think your problem probably goes a bit deeper than that. The use of a multi-user system will inherently exhibit this type of behavior - where someone may not be looking at the 'latest' data because someone else has made a change.

You might need to think about your design in general, and set some sort of timeout that will alert the user that the data on the server has changed - or that their copy of the data could be out of date. Then ask them if they want to reload the data from the server. Or you could refresh it automatically at a certain interval.

>How can I refresh data in a grid to accurately reflect changes made by other processes on a network? I have a couple of forms, each with a grid, populated by SQL-SELECT statements in each form's LOAD() event.

SInce a user may have a form open, looking at data, how can I refresh the data- for as long as the form is open- so that if a change is made, it will show up on the grid shortly thereafter?
