Last one then I give up. Help says it only for Mac but it works for windows too. If you figure out a drive letter that isn't used then you can do
SET VOLUME X TO F:\ThisNetworkPath\MyApplicationFolder\ApplicationNumber1234567890
Now VFP will treat drive X as the application path. So in your path statement you can now sub X:\ FOR F:\ThisNetworkPath\MyApplicationFolder\ApplicationNumber1234567890
