You're gettin alot of advice on this. I say just do it. You were hired for your prfessional advice and you are giving it, after 2 weeks of study. You are not shooting from the hip on this.
But why is the client trying to get you to make the decision? You were hired for your advice. Give it. The decision is his (or hers). The liability is not yours then.
