Shlomo, the project file itself, all the forms, reports, class libraries are all actually plain DBF files with renamed file extentions. If any of these get damaged you will get this error.

I do not believe its your project file because then you would not be able to open the project at all. So its probably one of your forms, reports, class libraries, etc. You will need to check each one to find out which one is damaged. I suggest you start with the ones you most recently edited or modified. Just try and open each and every one in your project.

When you find the problem file its usually a damaged file header and you can try one of the following utility programs to see if they can fix the problem. Both available in the UT download area:

ATFixDbfFpt 1.5a, all xBases supported. File #9930

and

Crashed tables rebuilder File #9264
