I had deleted the file in my project and even from the c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\vfp98 folder, but still having the
same problem

Please advise.

>Virusim, this type of behaviour usually means that your foxuser.dbf file has become corrupted / damaged. The quick solution is to simply delete it and VFP will create a new one.
