There are no runtimes for VFP for Pocket PC. Yes, it would be nice, but don't hold your breath. The best platform for software development for PPC right now is Visual Studio .Net and the Win CE .Net compact framework. You can program in C#, or VB .Net or any .Net language of your choice. You can exchange data with VFP, using a DB like SQL Server CE for example.
