Sorry, this was supposed to be a joke (a bad one, I realize), because of the casualties caused by friendly fire (like that one with the Patriot missile that shot the UK plane, the russian ambassadors convoy, the missiles in Iran, the missile in the Syrian bus, among many others). Think that is not to be considered friendly fire.
