Trying to tart up a old dos system, basically i'm trying to show the progress of a job, ie every task thats performed goes into the grid. Its a task list.

Want the form to be nonmodal because don't want to put the code into the form yet, this would be too long winded and messy at this time (although this should really be done in the future).
