For what it's worth, emulators have been around since the 70's.
I can make all the "rules" I want; that doesn't mean they are all enforceable.
One has certain rights to being able to make a living (when there is no viable alternative) that no one else can take away.
Don't talk about it; just do it.
Give the consumer the option. GM doesn't tell me where I can or cannot drive my car.
