In addition to the VBA Help file that Yuri pointed you to, in VFP 7 and 8, IntelliSense helps on this front. You may also be interested in the book that Della Martin and I wrote "Microsoft Office Automation with Visual FoxPro." www.hentzenwerke.com. There's a whole chapter on how you find out about the server.
