So you have this problem on your development machine? If so, registering the runtimes is not the issue...they are already registered.
Do you know what mcm.exe is?

>On the testing machine - not as yet. However, here is what I did on teh development machine. The executable gets placed in the RCMSProg directory and the data files are in RCMSData. I copied the runtime files to RCMSProg - then clicked on the exeecutable. Got a message "mcm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" followed by the "Please tell Microsoft about this problem."
