Now i install another Card when i assign an IP 192.168.0.2 Win2k gives a message that this number is already in use with 3com but i don't have this card now. How to remove it.

Do you get this message when it's not connected to the network as well? (IE: the cable is unplugged)

I don't know anything about you network but the IP address could be stored in a routing table in a router or firewall for quick reference to the MAC address.
There may be a cache on a another network device that needs to be flushed.

Unplug the network cable to check it out.
