I tried changing things in the BIOS and it didn't do anything. (Though it looked like it should) There was even a reset option and that did nothing.
I don't get it. I always remember unchecking the box that said use windows defaults and setting things to whatever I needed.
I cant even find the IRQ in the registry.

I reposted this message on an MS newsgroup today. If I get a response I'll report back here as well.
