Yashodhan, I do not know of any memory leak issues with VFP6 but there is a SP5 for it which you should apply anyway.

1) When you work in your report writer are you using any external DLL's?
2) Try limit VFP memory usage with the SYS(3050) function before you start.
3) What else is happening on your PC? Are you working with large data files? Network?

PS. 64Mg is not very much for development PC in any language.

>Whenever I work in report writer, the memory goes down.
>PC configuration is as follows –
>PIII Celeron with 64 MB RAM
>Windows 98 second edition
>FVP6.0 sp4
>When I start the computer, My Computer --> Properties --> Performance shows System Resources 90% free. When I work of reports, it starts decreasing, comes down to even 15% and then I need to restart the pc. What can be the problem?
>Thanks in advance.
