Pardon me for jumping in - but I think you have 'support' in the wrong context. The discussion (on this part of the thread) is revolving around support for custom written applications, in particular VFP applications. From your statement above, it would seem that you are saying customers can expect support from MS for pretty much anything. I would very much like to see MS support one of my applications, especially sans the source code.
