Basically the conlusion of the thread is that it is a bug and it occurs
on combos with more than 500 items. I solved my problem by adding
this.rowsource=this.rowsource in the drop down event (in your case maybe try setting the rowsource in the drop down event..)

Another fellow gave anthother solution to populate the drop down list which I didnt try.. Involves using SCAN to set the values in an array and then set the rowsource to the array in the drop down click..

In my testing when its setup in the drop down click it works..

Its very recent so you should be able to see it in the last 4 days...
