Hi Chris,

Here is a link: "Forms: #Error when the Subform has no records", which may be usefull in your case http://www.mvps.org/access/forms/frm0022.htm

Igor

>Hi - I have been asked to look at an Access database - one of the forms is showing errors rather than data in the textboxes. The form is made up of three forms, a parent, child and grandchild. Moving through the records on the parent form updates info in the other forms. My problem is that I can't identify where the data is coming from. If I right click on the textboxes I just get a fieldname in the ControlSource property. Clicking further to go into the Expression Builder does not give me any further info.
