We are needing to create a hash value to compare to a value returned by a web server hosted by a third party. I downloaded the md5.fll mentioned in a few of the previous MD5 threads found on UT and have been using that to try to re-create the hash value. However, I still have not been able to match the server's hash value even though I'm creating my hash value based on the same string they are (according to their documentation.)

Anyhow, I was wondering if I could get someone to run this 9 character string: mytest123 through their hash routine and see if they come up with the same result I have: 981FB59D31ED919486ECEB167218CCF2.

Actually, let me say, the result returned from the fll is a 16 character value. The server is returning a 32 character value so I'm assuming (and maybe that's where my problem lies ... I know what they say about assuming) that each character in my 16 bit string represents a hex value. So I converted it to come up with my resulting 32 character string above.

Hope that makes sense, and I hope that someone is able to help with this!

Thanks in advance!
