That particular coin has another side- if the UN Inspectors had not been labelled "incompetent", "useless", "French" and all the other names for failing to find all the WMD under their noses, this boy and the others- the infant and 10-year-old laid face to face on the pavement, for example- would now be asleep at home with their families.
