I thought we were all adults here. Obviously you're not one of them when the only statements you can say to support your side is childlike name calling.
I repeat my comments to someone else on this thread:
I have never said that the verbage in the EULA was right or wrong, good or bad. I'm only stating that MS has the right to put the verbage in the EULA. Since I don't distribute my apps to non-MS platforms (and before you resort to name calling again .. I am not the one that makes that decision), it doesn't affect me one way or the other.
