The ONLY reason it matters, Fabian, is so that the critics who haven't switched to the "Saddam is evil and must be rid" line that became the reason once hostilities started can be satiated. There are still more than a few of them at large, proving harder to convince than your average person.

The people have been liberated. Their antiquities have been liberated. Their governmental assets have been liberated. Their oil will soon be liberated. yet the people are fearing for their lives and their meagre possessions.
