Hi All

I am looking at a new ActiveX object available for CD burning. It is distributed as an ActiveX dll (not an OCX). In the VB sample it is instantiated as
DataCDWriter1 = New NCTDISCWRITERLib.DataCDWriter
. You can view all the PEM's in VB AND as well in the VFP7 Object Browser, but I cannot instantiate the object with
DataCDWriter1 = CreateObject("NCTDISCWRITERLib.DataCDWriter")
.

The files distributed are NCTDISCWRITER.DLL and NCTDISCWRITER.DEP. I am wondering whether VFP needs the TLB file, and why can it be instantiated in VB and not VFP with the same files available?

Thanks for any input
