Yeah, I heard...(deep sigh) I thought for sure there was some clause for checking if a record in one table is in another while updating. Maybe I am confusing it with something else... a select or count... oh well.

Yes, I remember you from MicroKnowledge! Dave and I were upstairs in the building at the time. I'd say HI to everyone there for you but, the company pretty much fell apart about 3 years ago. Everyone just walked out. I broke ties (in a friendly manner) with Dan about 6 months before that. Contract programming work in VA and one former MK client are keeping me busy now so, I am a pretty happy guy. :o)
