Yashodhan, not sure where you get SP5. I go it via MSDN subscription.

IRO the memory problem. Not sure whats going on but I am 99% sure its not VFP. Like I said 64Mg for Windows, VFP, and anything else you are running is not very much. Its certainly less than the recommended memory requirement for VFP6.

Can you try it on another PC to see if the behaviour is PC specific?
